North East India Emarat e Shariah
and Nadwatut Tameer
Who We Are
North East India Emarat e Shariah and Nadwatut Tameer is a socio-religious organization dedicated to the preservation, promotion, and implementation of Islamic teachings in the region of North East India. Established with the aim of guiding the Muslim community in the light of the Qur'an and Sunnah, the organization works to strengthen religious awareness, promote Islamic education, and provide social and moral guidance to society.
The foundation of this organization is closely connected with the efforts and vision of eminent Islamic scholars who were deeply concerned about the religious, educational, and social condition of Muslims in the region. Through sincere dedication and continuous effort, they laid the groundwork for an organized system that could serve the community and protect the values of Islam.
At the heart of the organization's mission lies the concept of Emarat, a system of collective leadership and guidance based on Islamic principles. Under this system, the community is guided by the leadership of the Ameer e Shariat, who provides religious direction and oversees various organizational activities. Alongside the Emarat structure, Nadwatut Tameer functions as a platform for organizing educational, social, and reformative programs aimed at the moral and intellectual development of society.
Since its establishment, the organization has played an important role in promoting Islamic education, social reform, and community welfare. Through its various departments and initiatives, it has worked to spread authentic religious knowledge and encourage Muslims to live according to the teachings of Islam. One of the key areas of focus has been the establishment of Sabahi Maktabs, which provide basic Islamic education to children and help build a strong religious foundation from an early age.
In addition to educational activities, the organization also works to address social and community issues. Through institutions such as Darul Qaza, the organization provides guidance and resolution of personal and family matters according to Islamic principles. Similarly, through Baitul Mal, it provides financial assistance and support to the poor, needy, and deserving members of society.
The organization also organizes religious gatherings, conferences, seminars, and educational programs to spread awareness about Islamic values and promote unity and cooperation among Muslims. These initiatives aim to strengthen the moral character of individuals and encourage them to contribute positively to society.
Over the years, North East India Emarat e Shariah and Nadwatut Tameer has grown into a respected and influential institution serving the Muslim community across the region. Its work extends to multiple fields, including education, social welfare, religious guidance, and community development.
The organization continues its mission with the same spirit of dedication and service. Guided by the teachings of Islam and inspired by the vision of its founders, it strives to nurture a community that is knowledgeable, morally strong, and committed to the values of faith, justice, and social harmony.
Through its ongoing efforts, North East India Emarat e Shariah and Nadwatut Tameer seeks to contribute to the spiritual, educational, and social upliftment of society while preserving the rich tradition of Islamic scholarship and community leadership.
