North East India Emarat e Shariah and Nadwatut Tameer

Organizational Structure

The organizational system of North East India Emarat e Shariah and Nadwatut Tameer is designed to ensure proper administration, coordination, and implementation of its religious, educational, and social objectives across the North Eastern states of India.

The organization functions through a multi-level administrative structure, consisting of committees at different levels working under the supervision of the Central Majlis-e-Shura.

Central Leadership
The central leadership of the organization is headed by the Ameer e Shariat and supported by other senior office bearers.

Central Level

The Central Committee is the highest administrative authority of North East India Emarat e Shariah and Nadwatut Tameer.

Central Majlis-e-Muntazimah

Members of this body are nominated from the State and District committees along with additional members nominated by the Ameer e Shariat.

Central Majlis-e-Shura

This is the highest consultative body of the organization.

Total members: Not less than 41 and not more than 51

Members include office bearers and nominated representatives approved by the Ameer e Shariat.

A State Committee is established in each state under the jurisdiction of North East India Emarat e Shariah and Nadwatut Tameer (except Assam).

The Anchalik Committee operates at the grassroots level of the organization.

Youth Wing

The organization also operates a youth wing known as:

Youth Nadwatut Tameer

This youth wing functions under the supervision of North East India Emarat e Shariah and Nadwatut Tameer and aims to involve young people in religious, educational, and social activities.

Objectives of Youth Nadwatut Tameer
  • Inspiring youth towards Islamic education and culture
  • Encouraging participation in social and religious service
  • Preparing responsible and dedicated workers for the service of Deen

The youth wing functions up to the state level and is headed by a Central Secretary.

Discipline · Coordination · Service

Through cooperation between leadership, scholars, workers, and community members, the organization continues to serve Islam and society across North East India.
